Seeking a cost accountant for a leading supplier to the industrial and residential markets. Salary up to $80,000 + 12% bonus Responsibilities Record, review, and audit financial transactions in compliance with GAAP. Reconcile assigned accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities. Analyze variances and present monthly financial reviews to management. Develop direct labor and overhead rates for planning and standard cost comparisons. Contribute to quarterly reforecasting and annual budgeting. Provide accounting support to plant locations as needed. Assist in creating and maintaining company policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and safeguard assets. Actively promote company mission, vision, code of conduct, and 5S + Safety initiatives. Travel up to 10% during peak periods. Perform additional accounting duties as required. Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. ~2–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (required). ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. ~ ERP system experience required; Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) preferred. ~ Strong analytical, communication, and written skills. ~ Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills. ~ Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
