Job Summary

Seeking an experienced accountant to lead month-end close, manage cost accounting, and support financial reporting in a manufacturing environment. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate financials, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Analyze inventory, costing, and manufacturing variances.
  • Prepare financial reports and support budgeting/forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or CPG.
  • Strong GAAP knowledge, Excel skills, and ERP experience.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
