Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Boston based real estate company to identify an Accountant to join their growing team.

Highlights Of The Opportunity

• Our client focuses on the acquisition, development, and management of mixed-use urban projects
• Focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, half of their staff are women and one-fourth are people of color
• The VP of Finance is a believer in cross-training and developing her employees
• They are developing over 18m square feet in Boston alone
  
  

Reporting To The VP Of Finance, The Accountant Will

• Assist with the monthly close; processing accounts receivables, accounts payables, and cash management activities
• Maintain bank accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations
• Perform journal entries for applicable accounts, assist with accounting close
• Ad-hoc projects
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or experience equivalent (+2 years)
• Yardi proficiency preferred
  
  

Salary Range:

$45,000 - 55,000
