This position involves working with a conglomerate of companies across various industries, supporting three of their operating companies. The current Sr. Accountant is retiring at year's end, and the new hire will be trained by her beforehand.

The Accountant will handle a broad range of accounting tasks in a hands-on, front-facing environment, including manufacturing and waste management sectors. Responsibilities include:

• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Preparation of financial statements
• Reviewing financial data with management
• Managing multiple properties, tenant interactions, collections, and maintenance issues

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience if no degree
• At least 2 years in general ledger, coding, and chart of accounts
• Over 1 year in property accounting, specifically lease agreements
• Experience with 'Visual by Infor' ERP system

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $28.85 - $40.87/hr. Benefits may include:
