About Us
We are a family office managing a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, trusts, and various investments. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee financial reporting and day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities.
Role Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills to support multi-entity reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for trusts, real estate assets, and other investments
Maintain accurate records across multiple entities in compliance with GAAP
Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver financial insights and ad hoc reports
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and multi-entity financial management
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
CPA or prior experience in public accounting is a plus, but not required
