We are a small Financial Services firm with a CMFC and CPA each with over 25 years experience in our related fields.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the firm's office. Daily tasks include accounting, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and accounts receivable. The Accountant will also assist in preparing tax returns, and provide insights to improve the financial health of the company. Greet and assist clients, answer phone, work with investment trades.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Word/Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior Accounting experience a must!

Hours are Monday-Friday 9-4. Tax season hours are 8-4:30.
