About the Role

The role involves account reconciliations, cash applications, and supporting reinsurance reporting. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure accuracy across premium and claims activity, as well as contribute to quarter- and year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and validating financial reports and reconciliations
• Supporting premium and claims tracking, settlement, and collections
• Responding to inquiries from brokers and internal teams
• Assisting with audits and internal reporting projects
• Participating in monthly/quarterly close processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience (insurance or financial services a plus)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
