About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. This role offers growth opportunities, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accuracy
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
• Prepare financial reports
• Manage Fixed Asset Accounting
• Support payroll processing and related tasks
• Assist with cash flow management and financial forecasting
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
