Their Phoenix office is home to a dedicated team of professionals, and they are seeking an Accountant to support continued expansion. This opportunity includes hands-on training with the current accountant and leadership team.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an accounting professional with 1+ years of experience who is looking for a stable and supportive work environment. The Accountant will handle core accounting functions and have the potential to grow as the company continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledger and perform data entry in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile accounts and manage financial records
  • Handle multi-state banking operations
  • Assist with month-end close and internal financial reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
  • Support ongoing accounting projects and process improvements
Qualifications
  • Previous accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently
  • Must reliably commute to the Midtown Phoenix office (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • English fluency required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
