We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2-3 years of accounting experience to join our multi-family office. In this role, you will support the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals and families by providing accounting services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and client-focused environment, with exposure to personal finance, investment entities, trusts, and philanthropic structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple client entities
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain general ledgers for entities including trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and family foundations
• Prepare bank, credit card, and investment account reconciliations
• Support payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable activities
• Help track and report on budgets, expenses, and cash flow
• Organize and maintain financial documentation and client files
• Liaise with external tax advisors and investment managers to gather information
• Assist in year-end closing and preparation for tax filings
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by senior staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. (required)
• 2-3 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Sage Intacct, Bill.com or similar systems a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Professional demeanor and effective communication skills
• Interest in private wealth management, personal finance, or family office services

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to investment reporting or family office environments
• Understanding of basic tax concepts related to individuals, trusts, and partnerships
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-touch, client service-driven firm
