Staff Accountant (DDA / LTSS Expertise Required)
Part-Time | 25 hours per week | On-site


Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records, payments, and funding for DDA and LTSS programs.
  • Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
  • Support billing, payroll, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor budgets and provide updates to management.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally with DDA or LTSS programs.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel; healthcare/social services systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of DDA/LTSS funding, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience with state/federal funding and Medicaid billing preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities or long-term care populations a plus.
Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of federal/state funding requirements for DDA and LTSS.
  • Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Working Conditions:

  • In-office position
  • Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week)
