$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. You’ll support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance across a commercial property portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and collaborating with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable/receivable and assist with reconciliations & collections.
• Maintain accurate records for capital expenses, utilities, and tax documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
• Act as a liaison with tenants, vendors, and property managers.
• Assist with operating expense reconciliations, real estate tax escalations, and audits.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, or property management support.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Experience with AP/AR functions and accounting software (Yardi, MRI, Payscan, AvidXchange).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
