Responsibilities

• Review event settlements for accuracy and input transactions into the accounting system.


• Generate and review event financial statements.


• Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments related to events.


• Assist with month-end financial reporting and bank reconciliations.


• Support tax payment preparation and ensure deadlines are met.


• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support other teams.


• Enter payments, receipts, and payables into the accounting system.


• Maintain compliance with financial standards and internal policies.


• Perform other tasks as needed to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 1+ years of experience in accounting.


• Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices.


• Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or similar.


• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot tables.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
