Job Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support the Accounting & Finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Stay updated on industry trends and accounting standards to ensure best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience inclusive of public accounting and/or investment company.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• A strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
