Join Us as an Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our accounting team. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of AP processes, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, growing environment.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week, in a hybrid setting and with the core hours of M-F 8:30a-5:00p EST. The expectation is you will be on-site 2 to 3 days per week in our Kearny, NJ office.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $78K to $89K per year, and the position not bonus eligible.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.

Join Us as an Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our accounting team. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of AP processes, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, growing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform accounting functions including, monthly reconciliations of fixed assets, AFDA, intercompany transaction, loans, accounts receivable and revenue.
- Reconcile transactions and reports from external payables and expense platforms to ensure integration into general ledger.
- Monitor and track expense allocations across entities and locations
- Assist in Ad-hoc reporting projects
- Assist in compilation and preparation of the monthly financial statements, including budget to actual reports and preparing deep variance analysis.
- Response to inquiries from other departments regarding accounting recording, reporting requests and other support.
- Assist in cash flow analysis and projection
- Prepare/assist in financial reporting including Key Financial Indicators
- Maintain the preparation of various workpaper schedules for all key balance sheet accounts
- Performing accounting research and analysis as needed
- Coordinate with bookkeeper & payroll for timely input of all periodic accounts payable and payroll data.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger for multi-entity, multi-location structure including consolidations with a solid understanding of GAAP.
- Well versed in month end closings
- Sage / Intacct experience REQUIRED
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
