Compensation

Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 base

Bonus: Target of 15% with potential up to 30%

What You’ll Be Doing

Support month-end close: journal entries, variance analysis, account reconciliations

Manage trade receivables and revenue accounting company-wide

Collaborate with sales and treasury teams to support contracts and cash forecasting

Maintain and report on coal inventory values

Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance documentation

Act as the accounting liaison between finance and sales departments

Participate in special projects and provide detailed account analysis as needed

What You’ll Need to be Considered

Be able to do the job as described.

Experience with SOX compliance or public company reporting

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Tech-savvy mindset; able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
