Job Responsibilities:

Corporate

• Prepare monthly journal entries, consolidations, and analyses, including reports for management and government agencies.
• Coordinate report typing, proofreading, issuance, and filing.
• Analyze account balances and maintain supporting workpapers.
• Assist with special projects, year-end activities, and other duties.
• Complete fixed asset transactions.
• Draft procedures related to job responsibilities.
• Post monthly journal entries into SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support fixed asset reporting and participate in audits as needed.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting; 1-3 years' experience
• CPA candidate preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP preferred

Position Scope/Contribution:

This role requires fundamental accounting knowledge, working under general supervision using established methods and procedures.

Estimated base pay: $60,300 - $79,500, influenced by education, experience, and skills.
