Staff / Sr. Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000 – $72,000 base + benefits

Location: Lakeville, MN | Onsite

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant / Sr. Staff Accountant:

General Ledger & Financial Close

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple business units
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
  
  

• Prepare and issue mid- and month-end invoices for multiple entities
• Assist with collections activities on outstanding receivables
  
  

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for 12+ entities
• Monitor cash balances and support treasury-related functions
  
  

• Assist with internal documentation and provide support to external auditors
• Help ensure financial process compliance and data integrity
  
  

• Participate in special projects, financial reporting improvements, and accounting process enhancements
  
  

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Associate’s degree in Accounting required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities
