Staff/Senior Accountant (Hybrid, 4X On-Site, Palm Springs Florida)

A successful Real Estate Investment Firm, located in Palm Springs, FL, is actively growing their Accounting and Finance team and has openings for both a Staff and Senior Accountant. Looking for anywhere from 1-5+ years of accounting or audit experience, the ideal candidate is looking for that next growth step in their career and is ready to be part of a growing team. A degree in accounting is mandatory for both roles.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts for real estate entities and investment portfolios
• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work paper packages
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statement analysis for management and partners
• Assist with preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting mandatory
• 1-5+ years of accounting or audit experience
• CPA or working towards CPA preferred
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid model, 4X onsite in Palm Springs FL
