President of Revitalizing the Vehicle Service Contract Space

Are you an experienced accountant ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for an Accountant & HR Specialist to own and lead our accounting operations, with the opportunity to support HR functions as our business continues to grow. This is a chance to make a real impact inside a fast-growing automotive warranty company where your work will directly shape our financial success and team culture.

What You’ll Do

Accounting (Core Focus):

• Manage daily accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-end close

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for leadership

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, payroll, and tax filings

• Build and improve financial systems and internal controls

HR (Preferred / Bonus):

• Support onboarding, payroll, and HR administration

• Maintain employee records and help align HR processes with compliance standards

• Provide HR input to strengthen company culture and team operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibilities

• Proficiency in Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks Online

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting operations

• HR knowledge/experience is a plus (not required)
