Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in managing the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Maintain and improve accounting procedures and controls
  • Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

The Senior Accountant is fully onsite in Macedonia, OH with a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
