What You’ll Be Doing

 External Reporting & Technical Accounting:

  • Support in preparing and reviewing SEC filings
  • Assist with footnote disclosures and MD&A.
  • Draft and review technical accounting memos and white papers.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Financial Accounting & Revenue Recognition:

  • Prepare journal entries & reconciliations related to percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
  • Assist with consolidations

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Big 4 experience is a must – 2-4 years of audit or advisory experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge – GAAP, SEC reporting, and writing white papers.
  • Experience with SAP (or the ability to ramp up quickly).

Salary: $85,000 to $105,000
