Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
2. Maintain general ledger records and prepare detailed workpapers by conducting audits of accounts and financial transactions.
3. Reconcile Job Cost records, prepare monthly reporting, maintain cost and budget variance reports, and manage invoices.
4. File monthly builders risk insurance reports.
5. Assist in loan draw requests and preparation of budgets and reporting to lenders.
6. Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
7. Maintain asset and depreciation schedules.
8. Assist with annual tenant reconciliation billings.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
4. Work experience of 5-10 years.
