• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate across departments to support operational and financial initiatives
• Support external audit preparation and internal control improvements
• Take part in process streamlining and ERP optimization projects
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA track preferred
• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and desire to grow professionally
