Senior Accountant

Join a dynamic organization that values accuracy, efficiency, and team collaboration. We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to support critical financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a blend of public and corporate accounting experience who are ready to take ownership and help drive process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Perform balance sheet and inventory reconciliations
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis
• Conduct cash flow and financial analysis
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support external audit processes
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in special projects and initiatives
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory based company experience
• ERP system experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking abilities
