KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a software company near Manchester, NH that is searching for a Senior Staff Accountant to help the team achieve growth goals. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can interview immediately. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company that offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

The responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant will include but will not be limited to:

• Assist with the month end close and perform adjusting journal entries for a variety of departments
• Perform Accounts Receivable responsibilities including billing, cash applications some collections
• Perform Accounts Payable responsibilities
• Special projects as assigned.
• General ledger, assist with production and analysis of financial statements.
• Review vendor contracts and reconcile billing under ASC 606 guidelines
• Oversee chart of accounts
  
  

The ideal candidate for the Senior Staff Accountant role should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance or Business Management
• Recent experience with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong ASCC 606 revenue recognition experience
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
