We’re partnering with aleading multinational organizationthat serves as the North American headquarters for a group of global companies.

We’re currently seeking aSenior Accountantto support financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:$70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview

As aSenior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for key aspects of the company’s financial reporting and month-end close processes. You’ll work closely with both corporate leadership and operating teams to ensure accurate financial data, support audits, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities, including account analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and key performance indicator (KPI) summaries.
• Collaborate with operating management to provide insights on business performance.
• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and serving as a liaison with auditors.
• Assist subsidiaries with accounting-related questions and requests.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Excellent working knowledge of accounting processes and general ledger systems.
• Cost accounting experience and a background in the manufacturing industry are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office tools.
