The Senior Accountant will play a key role in providing financial solutions and upholding the highest standards of financial accuracy.

Your Role: As a Senior Accountant, you will be a key player in our finance department, responsible for overseeing crucial accounting operations and contributing to the financial health of our organization. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations. You will collaborate with the finance team and other departments to streamline processes and provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements)
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, prepaid expenses, and accrued expenses
• Lead the month-end and year-end close cycles, performing all necessary general ledger entries and maintaining strict adherence to accuracy and deadlines
• Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 3-5 years of Accounting experience is required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Accounts Payable/Receivable knowledge
• Account Reconciliations
• Auditing
• Cash Management
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Pay

$50,000 - $70,000 Annually depending on experience
