Key responsibilities:

• Ensure business transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Assist with preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, footnotes, and MD&A
• Support month-end close activities and collaborate with other departments
• Assist with the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related disclosures
• Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis
• Participate in or lead special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• SEC reporting experience desired but not required
