• Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights and variance explanations
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Work with external auditors during audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to requests
• Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of accounting procedures
• Mentor junior accounting staff and assist in training as needed
  
  

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CPA candidate required
• 2–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
