Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid or in office role for a Junior or Senior Tax Accountant located in Amarillo, TX. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. They will ensure tax compliance, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate accounting records. The Tax Accountant will provide tax planning services and represent clients before the IRS when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation skills

• Experience in preparing Financial Statements

• Proficiency in Accounting practices

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• EA certification, CPA certification, or CPA candidate is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
