We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role also assists with audits, consolidations, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to guide team members and improve processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and submit timely and accurate financial reports to plant locations, sales offices, and the corporate headquarters.
• Maintain and enhance the internal control framework to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
• Assist with internal and external audits, financial surveys, and other special projects as assigned.
• Contribute to financial consolidation and reporting using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including report development and general ledger mapping maintenance.
• Provide support to the Accounting Manager and Accounting Leads on various accounting tasks and initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships across departments through effective in-person, verbal, and written communication.
  
  
  

Demonstrate leadership capabilities by guiding team members on complex accounting matters and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA or Master's in Accounting preferred
• Strong Excel skills along with experience with HFM
