Boutique Recruiting is hiring: Manufacturing Accountant in Norcross

As a Manufacturing Accountant, you'll be a key member of a tight-knit accounting team supporting financial operations across production facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of core accounting functions, including cost accounting, reconciliations, and ERP system transitions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with experience in manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Accountant Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash accounts
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Conduct cost accounting analysis, track production costs, investigate variances, and maintain accurate inventory valuation
• Support the general ledger in compliance with GAAP standards
• Contribute to the ERP system migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Collaborate across departments to deliver financial insights that support business decisions
• Participate in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Lead or support special projects related to reporting, systems, or cost control

Manufacturing Accountant Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related production environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a small accounting department
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is a plus
• Exposure to ERP system migrations
