Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a PE-firm who is seeking a Senior Accountant Consultant to join their team on a 2-3 month project. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $45.00/hour
Job Type: Contract (2-3 months)

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities across eight legal entities.
• Extract, validate, and post financial data into Sage Intacct.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with foreign currency accounting under the supervision of the Controller.
• Support audit and lender reporting preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong month-end close experience in multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with foreign currency accounting is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong technical accounting skills.
• Team-oriented with a flexible mindset.
