SECURITY GUARD Job at Pilgrim's in Russellville

Reports to the Security Guard Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing location Post Orders daily.
• Monitoring plant activity and conducting hourly rounds (checking trailer temps, room temps, and gates).
• Monitoring all associates entering and exiting the building, including vehicle traffic.
• Weighing trailers at weight master scales.
• Answering switchboard after hours.
• Billing loads.
• Following and implementing company policies.
• Operating company-owned vehicles.
• Inspecting trailers for cleanliness and operability.
• Receiving shipments of supplies and raw materials.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to walk more than one mile on varying terrain, in all weather conditions, and up/down stairs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to perform tasks without direct supervision.
• Effective communication under stress.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional attitude.
• Ability to work any shift.
• Security experience is a plus.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
