City-Sofive is expanding across the country, operating two indoor soccer facilities in Chicago, committed to providing a safe environment for visitors.

Job Description

As a Security Staff member, you will ensure safety by monitoring access points, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents.

Reporting To: Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door and bag checks.
• Monitor access points.
• Enforce facility rules.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborate with staff and law enforcement.
• Report suspicious activities.
• Assist with security protocols.
• Provide customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in security preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Calm under pressure.
• Observant and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of security protocols.
• Soccer industry knowledge is a plus.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Security or first aid certifications are a plus.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible schedule.
• Additional hours available.
• Pay rate: $15.80+.

Schedule

• Evening and night shifts.
• Weekends as needed.

Experience

• Customer service: 1 year preferred.
