The ideal candidate will be professional, customer service focused, and capable of protecting our clients’ premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high-visibility presence and deter illegal or inappropriate actions, with the goal to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Trespass violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents and all activity during your shift
• Foot patrol randomly or regularly both building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Work as an extension to our customers' needs
• Be professional at all times

Qualifications

• Valid AZ Guard Card (No guard card, no problem! As long as you don't have a criminal record, we can help you obtain one with our security training class!)
• Valid driver's license
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position helpful but not mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols helpful
• Surveillance skills and detail oriented
• Integrity and professionalism a must
• Outstanding customer service skills are beneficial
• Ability to display empathy to those less fortunate
• Communicate well with management and other members of the staff

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour plus bonuses for specific items (Ask for details)
