Job Title: Building Security Guard

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the safety, security, and control of the building at all times
2. Control access to the building; verify identification and entrance authorization
3. Monitor CCTV system for suspicious activity near the building
4. Alert management of suspicious activity and notify emergency services if necessary
5. Maintain radio communication with truck crews throughout the shift
6. Scan personnel with metal detectors
7. Complete daily reports
8. Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
9. Guard liability and assets
