Overnight Security Guard Job at Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christi

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina is hiring a Security Guard. This is a Full Time, Overnight position. Weekend and Holiday availability required.

Responsibilities:

1. The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues.
2. Manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests, and team members.
3. Patrol the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure.
4. Answer in-house calls and assist team members and guests as needed.
5. Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations, and ensure property follow-up and communication.
6. Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or GED, 21 years or older.
2. Prior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industry.
3. CPR training or certification.
4. Professional communication skills.
