Trinity Terrace is looking for a Security Guard Lead to join our team.

About the role:

You will provide general security through observation and reporting for all community property in an

effort to promote a safe and secure environment while maintaining a progressive customer service

culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Champion PRS culture by ingraining our Mission, Vision, and Core Values into daily work while modeling professionalism, positivity, and respect in every interaction with residents, guests, and team members.
  • Lead and develop the team by setting a positive example, providing one-on-one training, guiding special projects, supporting quality control, and instilling a service mindset that creates meaningful experiences for residents.
  • Plan and support operations by assisting in estimating and ordering supplies, helping plan work schedules, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Ensure safety and security by screening visitors, monitoring surveillance and emergency systems, patrolling property, providing escorts, and responding calmly to emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records by completing timely logs, reports, and documentation to support smooth operations and accountability.

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in building and grounds security or a related field.
  • Knowledge of alarm and communication systems. Ability to communicate with government agencies such as Police and Fire department.
  • Ability to fill out forms accurately.
  • Level 2 Un-Armed licensed preferred for hire.
  • Formal training or experience in self-defense methods.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire.
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, security software, video surveillance, and other relevant business applications.
