Job Description

Allied Universal is now hiring in Weirton, WV for a Security Guard - Full Time at a pay rate of $16.00/hour.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments that may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background check and drug screening as per legal requirements.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
