This position requires a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). This is a Temporary to permanent opportunity; coverage is tentative to run until December 1, 2025. This is in the United States.

• Set schedule: 32-40 hours per week
• Shift options include: Wednesday - Sunday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Friday - Tuesday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Thursday - Sunday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.25 / hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32 hours of security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during the hiring process)
• At least 21 years of age
• TWIC card
• CA Driver License with clean MVR
• CPR Certified (credential can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
