As a Concierge Security Officer, you will work in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, focusing on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them.
• Managing access control and performing patrols.
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting issues.
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Answering questions and writing incident reports.
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required, including DCJS Virginia Security License.
• At least 21 years old.
