Overview: Atlas Security Services Inc. is seeking Security Guards in Sullivan County.

We are seeking highly skilled Security Guards to join our Atlas team to conduct on-site surveillance and carry out general security duties as front-line Security Guards.

Responsibilities

1. Provide security services through the operation of various security systems and patrols.
2. Respond to and manage emergency and non-emergency situations.
3. Monitor and patrol assigned areas and surrounding grounds via physical patrols and security systems.
4. Investigate and address security breaches, violations, hazards, illegal entry, and theft.
5. Inform authorities in case of emergencies related to security, safety, or health.
6. Activate fire alarms and safety systems; assist in evacuation procedures.
7. Escort authorities during incidents and handle unauthorized persons, including physical removal if necessary.
8. Legally arrest individuals as required and surrender them to authorities promptly.
9. Maintain logs of daily activities, incidents, and equipment issuance.
10. Record complaints, conduct investigations, and prepare incident reports.
11. Conduct facility lock-downs and security testing.
12. Perform security audits and assessments.

Skills Needed

Dependability, alertness, communication skills, and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Valid Class D Driver License
• Reference check

Shift, Salary, and Benefits

Full-time positions, Monday - Friday, shifts vary, part-time available, $18.50 - $25/hour, benefits include paid sick leave and 401K/Retirement.
