Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting for a security position!

IPSC is seeking security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our team in West Memphis.

Position Details

• License: Active Arkansas Guard License; MVR required for vehicle patrol.
• Pay rate: $18/hr, paid weekly.
• Shifts: Varying shifts, to be discussed.

Applicants must be 25 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and random patrols of premises.
• Report security incidents, hazards, or unusual activities.
• Perform control procedures when necessary.
• Operate emergency equipment.
• Document nightly operations and file weekly reports.
• Investigate property breaches.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Physical and Mental Job Requirements

• Clear and quick communication skills, especially in emergencies.
• Ability to read and interpret written information.
• Ability to drive a vehicle if required.
• Detect sounds relevant to emergencies amid background noise.
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good mental health to make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for security work, armed or unarmed.
