Now hiring a Security Officer - Retail - Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 an hour

The Ideal Candidate Would Have

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver’s license for over one year - with a clean driving record.
• Active Arizona guard card.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, with working conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening.
• State or local licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles.
