Incentives

• $1,000 Bonus Opportunity for Armed Security Officers in KCMO. First $500 Bonus: For licensed armed candidates already holding a valid armed license in KCMO.
• Paid out in increments:
  • $150 after 30 days
  • $150 after 60 days
  • $200 after 90 days
• Plus, we’ll cover the cost of your license transfer.
• Second $500 Bonus – Weapon Reimbursement: For all newly hired armed officers, receive a $500 weapon reimbursement bonus after 180 days of continued employment.

• Site Location: Kansas City, MO
• Schedule: Three shifts available.
• Shift details:
  • Shift 1: Full-time, Saturday, 3rd shift, 12:01 a.m. to 8 a.m., Saturday through Sunday, 3rd shift, 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., and Wednesday through Friday, 3rd shift, 12:01 a.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Shift 3: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
  • Shift 4: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 1st shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $23 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least one consecutive year of experience in armed security, corrections, law enforcement, or military.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
