We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Lead Teacher who is passionate about nurturing and educating children with special needs. The ideal candidate will create a safe, clean, and nurturing space where students can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.

• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

• Ensure a well-organized and smoothly functioning classroom.

• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates on their children’s progress and achievements.

• Guide students toward independence and personal growth.

• Prepare daily correspondence for parents.

• Complete quarterly progress reports on student development.
