Prepper Teacher (Ages 2.5 - 3 years) - Potty Training Required

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Bonus Pay Opportunities

What You'll Do as a Prepper Teacher:

  • Potty Training: Guide and assist toddlers as they reach important developmental milestones, including potty training, building independence, and social skills.
  • Create a Safe and Nurturing Classroom: Ensure your classroom is a positive, welcoming space where toddlers feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.
  • Engage and Inspire Learning: Implement TLE's proprietary curriculum to spark curiosity and foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with children, parents, and coworkers, and keep families updated on their child's progress through regular communication.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team of educators to make learning fun and engaging for everyone!

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • At least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or High School diploma/GED (required).
  • Ability to meet any applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.
