Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, enjoy working with young children, and support our lead teachers in creating a positive and stimulating classroom experience.

Description :

  • A teacher assistant supports the teacher in planning and presenting lessons and helps students learn.
  • Teacher assistants will need to work a full-time schedule of (8:00 to 5:00 or 9 to 6)
  • As an Assistant teacher, you will work closely with our experienced head teachers to support classroom instruction, assist with lesson planning, and provide individualized attention to students.
  • Decorate classrooms along with bulletin boards.
  • Helps communicate with parents (daily reports).
  • Help with cleaning/ upkeep of the classroom.
  • Get materials ready for daily lessons.
  • Help set up sleeping arrangements for nap time.
  • Help with children's meals.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma, associate's degree in early childhood, or CDA preferred
  • Locations: Bergenfield, NJ & Passaic, NJ
